Meditation in Touch
When we are touched consciously - with no agenda other than loving, human connection - we naturally recover a sense of wholeness.
This is my intention with my Meditation in Touch treatment.
In our touch-deprived world of virtual disconnect there's gold in being 'with' another, in a silent conversation where my listening fingers are feeling, empathising and asking your body to open and release.
Just as we need to be heard, so do our bodies that store so much. As studies show, feel-good hormones are released in our brain when we're touched with care and attention.
What to expect
Meditation in Touch is a sensorial journey where I move slowly and deeply around your belly, diaphragm, chest, shoulders, neck, head and face, helping you clear tensions and refresh your energy flow. While I follow certain pathways around these areas, the poetry varies each time. What remains the same is a meditative exchange that nurtures us both.
